FlowPoll — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FlowPoll ("the Service"), operated from Israel. By creating an account, installing the extension, or running a campaign, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• One account per person. Operating multiple respondent accounts is grounds for suspension and forfeiture of unpaid balance.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access token private.

2. Respondents — answering and earning

• You earn the stated amount per quality answer. Quality is assessed automatically using attention checks, response timing, answer-pattern analysis, and device/network signals.
• Quality-control ("gold") questions are unpaid and are mixed in without notice. Failing them repeatedly reduces your trust score.
• A daily earnings cap applies. Once reached, paid polls stop being served until the cap resets.
• Answers that fail quality checks may be recorded without payment.
• You participate as an independent individual, not an employee or contractor. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

3. Payouts

• Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's onboarding and identity verification, and Stripe's own terms apply to that relationship.
• A minimum balance is required to withdraw. Stripe and your bank may deduct their own fees and set their own transfer times.
• Payouts are available only in countries Stripe Connect supports.
• Withdrawal is blocked while an account is flagged or suspended. Balance is held, not deleted, until the review concludes.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following will result in suspension and may result in forfeiture of unpaid balance:

• Automating, scripting, or otherwise answering without genuinely reading the question.
• Creating multiple accounts, or sharing/selling an account or token.
• Providing false profile information to qualify for targeted campaigns.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the Service beyond its intended use.

5. Suspension and appeals

We may flag or suspend an account when automated quality signals indicate a problem. We will tell you that it happened and the general reason. You may submit an appeal from your account page, and we will review it manually. Your balance is preserved while an appeal is open. Where a suspension is reversed, earning and withdrawal are restored in full.

6. Companies — campaigns and billing

• Accounts are reviewed before campaigns are served. We may decline or remove a campaign at our discretion.
• Campaign funds are prepaid to your balance. Each quality answer debits the price you set. When the balance is exhausted, campaigns pause automatically.
• Unused prepaid balance is refundable on request, less any amounts already spent. Amounts already paid to respondents are not recoverable.
• Campaigns must not solicit sensitive personal data, request personally identifying information, or contain unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory content.
• Results are estimates from a self-declared panel with quality weighting. We do not warrant that results are representative of any population, and they must not be presented as such without your own validation.
• You own the responses collected by your campaigns. You must handle them in line with applicable data-protection law.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular fill rate, or a particular response volume. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (for companies) or the unpaid balance in your account (for respondents), in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account page. Closing an account with a positive balance forfeits any amount below the withdrawal minimum. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

10. Changes and contact
